If you are one of our customers, we process your personal data on the legal basis of fulfillment of a contract, i.e. The Customer Agreement. In this case, we will use your personal data in order to be able to communicate with you to provide support issues or similar. Once the effective time period of the Customer Agreement is over, we shall delete or anonymise any Personal Data when the Contract has expired or has been terminated.

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use it for unspecified purposes.

As Potentialpark is a market research company whose products and services revolve around talent communication and employer branding industries, we may collect various types of general and personal data about you both offline and online.

We offer you the option of using “social media buttons” on our website. We rely on the “Shariff” solution to protect your data in implementation. As a result, these buttons are only integrated onto the website as graphics that contain a link to the corresponding website of the button’s provider. Clicking this graphic will redirect you to the respective provider’s services. Your data will not be sent to the respective provider until then.
