If you are one of our customers, we process your personal data on the legal basis of fulfillment of a contract, i.e. The Customer Agreement. In this case, we will use your personal data in order to be able to communicate with you to provide support issues or similar. Once the effective time period of the Customer Agreement is over, we shall delete or anonymise any Personal Data when the Contract has expired or has been terminated.

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use it for unspecified purposes.

Potentialpark has taken the security measures required to protect your personal data and general data against unauthorized access, modification, and deletion. We strive to, at our best efforts, achieve and uphold an adequate level of integrity for your personal data as required by laws.

As Potentialpark is a market research company whose products and services revolve around talent communication and employer branding industries, we may collect various types of general and personal data about you both offline and online.

Social Plug-Ins

We offer you the option of using “social media buttons” on our website. We rely on the “Shariff” solution to protect your data in implementation. As a result, these buttons are only integrated onto the website as graphics that contain a link to the corresponding website of the button’s provider. Clicking this graphic will redirect you to the respective provider’s services. Your data will not be sent to the respective provider until then. As long as you do not click the graphic, there will be no exchange of any kind between you and the provider of the social media button. Potentialpark uses a payment gateway where a third-party payment service provider manages your payment. When you submit payment, you also accept the separate terms of the payment provider relating to privacy.
