This Privacy Policy is applicable to the processing of personal information by Potentialpark, as responsible controller, of including but not limited to: visitors and users of Potentialpark’s website, digital tools, client dashboard, software, social media, network pages, event or conference website, or any other feature referring or linking to this Privacy Policy; participants and/or attendees of events, summits, conferences, webinars, workshops, business breakfasts, surveys; customers, business partners, suppliers, contractors, consultants and their representatives; job candidates; subscribers to Potentialpark’s newsletters and services.

If you are one of our customers, we process your personal data on the legal basis of fulfillment of a contract, i.e. The Customer Agreement. In this case, we will use your personal data in order to be able to communicate with you to provide support issues or similar. Once the effective time period of the Customer Agreement is over, we shall delete or anonymise any Personal Data when the Contract has expired or has been terminated.

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use it for unspecified purposes.

Potentialpark has taken the security measures required to protect your personal data and general data against unauthorized access, modification, and deletion. We strive to, at our best efforts, achieve and uphold an adequate level of integrity for your personal data as required by laws.

As Potentialpark is a market research company whose products and services revolve around talent communication and employer branding industries, we may collect various types of general and personal data about you both offline and online.

Offline information about you that originates from our communication and interactions with you during business meetings and events, such as conferences, interviews, seminars, workshops, gatherings, etc.

Online information about you that originates from your communication with us via digital communication tools such as emails, contact forms, telephone calls; from the use of cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags and device identifiers; from your activities on our website, social media pages, (pre-)sales activities, purchases, service delivery, marketing campaigns, subscriptions to newsletters, surveys, webinars, and other online events; from your activities and interaction on non-Potentialpark websites, social media, services, applications, etc.

Demographics: educational level, name of the educational institution, field of study, occupational status, occupation, occupational title, country of study, country of residence;

V. Collecting Data During Your Visit to Our Website

The service includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The IP address transmitted from your browser in the reCAPTCHA process will not be conflated with other Google data unless you are logged into your Google account when you use the “reCAPTCHA” plug-in. Social Plug-Ins

We offer you the option of using “social media buttons” on our website. We rely on the “Shariff” solution to protect your data in implementation. As a result, these buttons are only integrated onto the website as graphics that contain a link to the corresponding website of the button’s provider. Clicking this graphic will redirect you to the respective provider’s services. Your data will not be sent to the respective provider until then. As long as you do not click the graphic, there will be no exchange of any kind between you and the provider of the social media button. Potentialpark uses a payment gateway where a third-party payment service provider manages your payment. When you submit payment, you also accept the separate terms of the payment provider relating to privacy.
