Fredagskunskap Theme: “Diversity Month – Assessing diversity and inclusion”

Many of us have heard ”what gets measured gets done” and that we should therefore measure diversity and inclusion. Yet, we face common challenges and dilemmas in this matter, and they are quite many and overwhelming at times – What metrics can we use? How can we measure? How do we measure diversity and inclusion in a GDPR-compliant way? What targets should we have? Are we good enough?

Come and join us on 26 May - Together, we will address and answer these challenging questions.
