Patrik Gröndahl

Patrik is an experienced trainer and the new Managing Director of Advantum Kompetens AB.

With extensive experience in leadership, feedback and communication, he makes complex topics both easy to understand and practical to apply. He often brings new perspectives and challenges established ways of thinking – helping participants gain a deeper understanding of how models and tools can actually be used to make a difference in everyday work. And he’s pretty funny, too.
